SV.CO has opted to provide its employees with the user-friendly HoorayHR tool for HR matters. HoorayHR offers all-in-one HR software designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). From onboarding new staff to record-keeping and managing vacation balances, everything can be handled with HoorayHR.
From a production standpoint, SDF Horti Software plays a crucial role in the precise recording of working hours. Employees use automated systems to log their working hours, tasks, and performance in SDF, utilizing Android scanning points within the greenhouse. SDF provides a robust software application with configurations tailored to suit every grower.
Now, in collaboration with SV.CO and HoorayHR, SDF has developed an API that combines the best of both worlds: HoorayHR for HR tasks and SDF for workforce registration. This integration is already saving SV.CO’s HR team a full day of work every week.

Vacation requests submitted through HoorayHR are sent directly to the appropriate manager, who can easily approve them. Sick leave is reported by managers via HoorayHR, with HR automatically notified to process the reports. Compensatory hours are sent weekly from SDF to HoorayHR, giving employees, managers, and HR an up-to-date view of (overtime) hours, which enables effective management. Each week, an hours summary from SDF is emailed to employees for verification. This eliminates the need for complicated coordination with paper-based timesheets; everything is now simple, efficient, and digital!
